Fees & Rebates

Adults and Adolescents

A 50 - 60 minute session with a psychologist costs $210 up front.

With an eligible Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from a General Practitioner, you will receive $93.35 back into your account as a Medicare rebate (this usually takes 1-2 business days). The session will therefore cost $116.65 out of pocket.
‍
A MHCP guarantees you up to 10 sessions with the Medicare rebate per calendar year.
‍
How do I claim the Medicare rebate?
Please bring your MHCP from your GP to your first session, or ask your GP to fax it to us. Your psychologist will then be able to claim the rebate for you on your behalf.
‍
You may be entitled to a rebate with your private health insurance. Please check with your health insurance provider and let us know at your first session.

Supervision

The cost of individual supervision to a provisional or registered psychologist is dependent on your circumstances (such as your registration status and how far along you are in your program). It varies between $170 - $200 an hour +GST.
‍
Group supervision fees vary depending on number of participants and a session is typically 90 - 120 minutes. Please contact us for further information and availability.

Court Reports and Assessments

If you have legal representation, they should contact us directly so they can provide information specific to your circumstances. After the details of your case have been considered a quote will be provided to you. The total fee for court reports and assessments varies depending on the complexities of the case.

For assessments to diagnose ADHD in adults, the overall cost is approximately $1000 (+GST), although this depends on your individual circumstances.
