Josh is a Behaviour Support Practitioner holding an Honours degree in Psychological Science, with experience spanning disability and child protection. Josh works across a broad range of behavioural conditions and cultural backgrounds, applying evidence-based, person-centred practice to achieve meaningful outcomes for the people he supports. Josh is dedicated to flexible, ethical, and rights-based practice, ensuring the dignity and autonomy of each individual remains central to their work.
