Mr Jaydon Lillo
Provisional Psychologist
Provisional Psychologist
Behaviour Support Practitioner
BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clinical)
Jaydon is a Provisional Psychologist working toward full registration and clinical endorsement with AHPRA. He works with clients across the lifespan, with most of his experience to date sitting with neurodivergent individuals, adolescents and young adults.
Jaydon believes healing is most effective when it’s directed toward what matters most to you. Making meaningful change can be empowering, but it often brings up difficult questions and feelings along the way. His goal is to support you through these transitions and help you thrive through challenging but transformative periods of growth.
His style is direct, warm and practical. He won’t pretend to understand your experience before you’ve had the chance to tell your story, and he won’t rush you through it once you have. With younger clients, this often looks like stepping into their world, being playful, imaginative, meeting them in the way they think and play rather than asking them to meet him in his. Where appropriate, Jaydon also likes to involve the family in the work for a more holistic therapeutic experience.
He draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring his approach to the person in front of him.

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
